• Notes

  1. He was reported to be a cavalier gentleman who was to be seen riding ab out dandily dressed and well mounted. He was known to remark that "All Met calfs were gentlemen born and never intended to do any kind of work". 2. He was originally buried in the Caledon NGK churchyard but when the his toric building was demolished in 1950, he was reinterned in the Anglican c emetery. 3. Estate 6/9/110 F1540
